This is harmful to the workers’ health. Even with a good ventilation system, it is nearly impossible to eliminate the fumes completely.

Solvent-based glues, often used in manufacturing shoes, contain a component called volatile organic compounds (VOC)

These chemical components are subject to regulation as substances that pollute the atmosphere.

Loper does not use glues to put the uppers and the soles together, thus contributes to keeping the clean atmosphere.

Loper soles’s are made from a chlorine free material. This means it does not emit harmful dioxins during the incineration process.
