Why not join a workshop and experience the joy of making your own shoes?
Because no adhesives are used, you can remake them as many times as you like if you make a mistake.
Instructors certified by Loper headquarters hold workshops all over Japan.
Before you book

Cut the leather, punch holes, and sew with thread. That is the entire construction. Since there are no processes that require special equipment, even those who are holding a needle for the first time on that day can complete it.

You don't need to buy leather scissors, a screw punch, an awl, pliers, or glue. Just come empty-handed.

Ten sizes ranging from 21.5cm to 26.5cm, in 0.5 size increments. If your feet are different sizes, you can choose different patterns for the left and right foot.

Loperの靴は、接着剤で固めていません。糸で組み立ててあります。分解して直せます。ソールがすり減っても、お直しができます。お近くの講師にご相談ください。
10時から17時までの一日で、履いて帰れる状態まで仕上がります。
開催地によっては、二日に分けて参加も可能です。ご希望をご相談ください。
参加される方のほとんどが、靴を作るのは初めてです。使用するのが難しい道具は使いません。一日つきっきりで講師がお手伝いしますので、途中で分からなくなっても大丈夫です。
参加費は合計19,800円です（開催地により作る靴や、使う素材でオプション費用がかかることがあります。）。このページでご予約いただくときに、予約金として1,100円をお支払いいただきます。残りは当日、会場でお支払いください。
33から42まで、13サイズをご用意しています（21.5cm〜29cm）。ご予約のときに「足のお悩み」を書く欄があります。
幅が広い、甲が高い、左右でサイズが違うなど、気になることを書いておいてください。
当日、講師が実際に足を見ながら調整します。

The following is a standard schedule for 6 participants. It may vary depending on the location.
We will fit each individual's feet and decide on the pattern for the shoes they want to create.
Choose your favorite materials.
Sometimes they bring their own, and sometimes it's from local shops. It varies depending on the venue.
The sole and upper are joined by stitching.
After a commemorative photo, the group will disband. Please note that individual work times will vary.
Should you encounter any problems after the production, instructors near you will accept repairs and remakes even after your purchase. Please rest assured.

More than 90% of the shoes you see every day are manufactured using adhesives.
Many of the adhesives used are solvent-based.
They volatilize as they bond, producing toxic fumes.
That's why shoe factories require ventilation equipment.
However, complete exhaust is not possible.Loper started from a desire to design a safer manufacturing system for the working conditions and health of those involved in shoe production.
Normally, shoemaking requires expensive equipment and skilled techniques.
We aim to create high-quality products that incorporate local characteristics and use local materials, without mass production.
By creating a system where people can purchase these products from trusted sources, we aim to build a cycle where both users and makers can become prosperous and happy.
