Because no adhesives are used, you can remake them as many times as you like if you make a mistake.

Before you book

Cut the leather, punch holes, and sew with thread. That is the entire construction. Since there are no processes that require special equipment, even those who are holding a needle for the first time on that day can complete it.

You don't need to buy leather scissors, a screw punch, an awl, pliers, or glue. Just come empty-handed.

Ten sizes ranging from 21.5cm to 26.5cm, in 0.5 size increments. If your feet are different sizes, you can choose different patterns for the left and right foot.

Loper shoes are not held together with glue. They are assembled with thread. They can be taken apart and repaired. Even if the soles wear down, they can be fixed. Please consult with a local instructor.
It takes one day, from 10:00 to 17:00, to finish them to a state where you can wear them home.
Depending on the venue, it is also possible to participate over two days. Please consult us with your preference.
Most participants are first-timers when it comes to making shoes. We don't use any difficult tools. An instructor will be with you all day to help, so you don't need to worry if you get stuck along the way.
The total participation fee is 19,800 yen (additional fees may apply depending on the venue, the type of shoes being made, and the materials used). When booking on this page, you will be required to pay a 1,100 yen deposit. Please pay the remaining balance at the venue on the day of the event.
You can try on the shoes on the day of your appointment and choose the final sole and pattern.
There is also a section on the booking form for you to describe any "foot concerns."
Please note any issues you may have, such as wide feet, high insteps, or a difference in size between your left and right feet.
Your instructor will examine your feet in person and make adjustments accordingly on the day.

We will fit each individual's feet and decide on the pattern for the shoes they want to create.
Choose your favorite materials.
Sometimes they bring their own, and sometimes it's from local shops. It varies depending on the venue.
The sole and upper are joined by stitching.
After a commemorative photo, the group will disband. Please note that individual work times will vary.
Should you encounter any problems after the production, instructors near you will accept repairs and remakes even after your purchase. Please rest assured.

However, complete exhaust is not possible.
Normally, shoemaking requires expensive equipment and skilled techniques.
We aim to create high-quality products that incorporate local characteristics and use local materials, without mass production.
