You can make professional-looking shoes in just one day using just common leather craft tools like scissors, needles, and pens. There's no need for expensive machines or specialized tools. Cleaning up afterward is easy; just vacuum up the leather and lint.

Loper shoes are assembled without glue, so even if you make a mistake, you can always try again. Another attractive feature is that you can repair them yourself even if they wear out.

●General shoemaking uses a lot of adhesives, which can create a noticeable smell during the process, but Loper does not use adhesives, so you can work on the shoes with peace of mind.

I got hooked on the fun of making shoes with Loper, and as I made my own shoes, I started getting requests from my friends.

How do I join Team Loper?

Step 1: Make at least 3 pairs of Loper shoes

Please find an instructor using the link below and join the workshop.

The first step is to participate in a workshop and experience the basics of Loper shoemaking.


Step 2: Submit and review your work

First, you will be asked to submit your work for the designated review.

  • After judging, your work will be returned with advice .

  • If any works are rejected, only those works will be remade and resubmitted .

🔁 If you would like to request a re-examination:
Re-examination fee: 22,000 yen (tax included)
*Re-examination is limited to one time .

Step 2: Loper Online Course

  • How to choose the right shoe size for your feet

  • Workshop flow and preparation methods

  • Frequently asked questions and troubleshooting

You will learn the practical content necessary to work as a Loper instructor online.

Step 3: Create size samples (4 pairs)

We will create four pairs of size samples to be used in the workshop.

After that, your work will go through a final judging and question and answer session before officially joining Team Loper .

Date and Time Those who pass the examination will be individually scheduled for a training session after discussing their preferred date.

The refund will be given as a coupon to purchase the soles, leather, etc. of the sample shoes you tried on for 33,000 yen (tax included).

Step 4: Start preparation

Before you begin working as a Loper instructor, please complete the following preparations:

  • ✅Additional production of fitting samples (depending on required sizes)

  • ✅ Purchase necessary equipment (approximately 10,000 yen per person)

  • ✅Photographing the finished work (for announcements and promotions)

  • ✅ Procurement of materials and soles

What costs will it cost to join Team Loper?

About Team Loper Membership

By joining Team Loper, you will have unlimited use of paid patterns such as sneakers, loafers, and tassels.

✅ The first year is free of charge!

If you use paid patterns for three or more pairs of shoes per month, joining Team Loper is a great deal.

▼Membership fees after one year

After one year of activity, the following monthly membership fees will be charged:

  • For workshop use only : 3,300 yen per month (tax included)

  • For product sales : 5,500 yen per month (tax included)

▼Starting the workshop

To hold a workshop, you will need to prepare a set of tools.
The cost of purchasing equipment for each participant is approximately 10,000 yen .
