I've been in the beauty industry for 20 years, and while running a private salon, I value the time I spend focusing on new "likes."

My encounter with Loper was a shock.

I can make my own shoes!

I immediately signed up for a workshop.

The warmth of the leather and the sense of accomplishment when finished.

I was fascinated by the warmth of the shoes created by my own hands, and I started working as an instructor.

"Making one-of-a-kind shoes that adults can get absorbed in."

Even in your busy daily life, why not spend some enriching time working "for yourself"?

The first time I encountered LOPER, it was truly shocking!

It's truly innovative that you can wear them outside, have a high degree of freedom, finish them in one day, and have many different patterns to match the unique sole.  

The policy I value most in my leather stationery workshops is "making your own original item in a workshop → being able to fix it yourself because you made it yourself, and using it for a long time."

I usually work in relaxation to soothe daily fatigue, and I also hold Loper workshops a few days a month!

I love crafting, workshops, and anything fun,
and I was captivated by "Loper" when I discovered it on Instagram.
I even traveled 4 hours to participate in a workshop.

My first shoemaking experience was a free, fulfilling, and satisfying time.
I was completely captivated by its charm, and now I'm hooked.

I want to share this fun with as many people as possible.
I hope we can share the excitement of crafting through "Loper."

The first time I saw it on Instagram, I was shocked!

A shoe workshop? You can make them in about 5 hours? You can customize them with various leathers? I was surprised that you can even repair them!

As someone who admired shoemakers, I absolutely wanted to become a certified instructor, so I immediately bought three pairs and made them!

I was moved by the finished product. They're so cute!

I hope to share the excitement and emotion of my first Loper shoes with leather lovers and fashion enthusiasts in Kagoshima.

I usually produce and sell "Kogin-zashi," a traditional craft from Aomori Prefecture.

Kogin-zashi is a type of sashiko embroidery, and
during the feudal era, it was a way to protect against the harsh cold.
The women of Aomori sought "beauty" in it,
and competed to create patterns so beautiful they were captivating.

Using these beautiful patterns,
I create items that are easy for daily use,
with colors and designs that blend in with modern times.

When I encountered loper shoes,
I thought, "If I combine kogin-zashi with shoes, it would be truly unique...!"
And if I could make them from scratch with my own hands...!!
My excitement was unstoppable, and my heart danced.

The time spent moving my hands stitch by stitch to create something
is a luxurious and happy moment.

At madeni, in addition to regular loper shoes,
we can also offer loper shoes workshops that are unique to Aomori.

I would be delighted if we could share the warmth of handcrafted items
and an exciting time together.

We are drie Monjyu, a unit of three people who love cute, fun, and interesting things and experiences.

We hold workshops for "Loper shoes," shoes that can be made in one day.

I've always loved "fabric" as a material. Just looking at it calms my mind and sparks my imagination about what to create.

Now that I'm in my second life, I'm newly passionate about the world of "handmade shoes." The time spent sewing each stitch, making shoes that perfectly fit my feet with my favorite fabrics, leather, or fabrics full of memories, is a precious moment that cannot be replaced.

I'm excited every day to breathe new life into small fabric scraps, kimonos, and obis that I couldn't throw away, transforming them into unique shoes that embody those special fabrics, taking light steps into a new journey. I'm excited to put my individuality into each stitch and take new light steps.

I have previously held workshops on making baskets using the familiar Okinawan plant, "Gettou," and shared the charm of Gettou and the joy of crafting.

That's when I encountered Loper Shoes.

"Can you really make shoes in one day?"

Choosing my favorite leather, cutting the pattern, and stitching it to the sole one stitch at a time.
