Your booking details (name, contact details, size, questions, etc.) will be shared with your instructor to run the workshop and contact you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If two of you are joining, please book one seat at a time.

After you book

After you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email.
The email will include a map of the venue and instructions for a pre-session questionnaire.

We will also send a reminder email the day before the event.

Design

Please let us know in advance which shoes you are interested in having made.

We will have samples available on the day for you to try on and compare, so you can make your final selection then.

No need to bring anything.

Payment

The reservation fee can be paid by card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. Please pay the fee for the day directly to the instructor at the venue.

Cancel

Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance (full refund of deposit)

6 days prior to the day of: No refund of deposit (rescheduling is possible.)

【Policy for natural disasters】

If it is difficult for you to participate due to unavoidable circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If the event is cancelled, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the day before.

Additionally, if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, we will accept cancellations up until the day of the event.

Children

Participants must be 12 years of age or older.

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Children and their guardians are also welcome to work on a project together.
