During inspection, we reject any shoes with severe scratches or stains, but we will sell any shoes with bubbles in the sole, small scratches, black or white spots, slight scuffs or stains as good products.

People-friendly

More than 90% of the shoes you see every day are manufactured using adhesives.

Most of the adhesives used are organic solvent types.

When it sticks, it evaporates and releases toxic vapors.

That's why ventilation equipment is essential in shoe factories.

But you can't completely vent it.

Project Loper was started from the desire to design a manufacturing system that would be safer for the working conditions and health of those involved in shoe manufacturing.

Environmentally friendly

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) contained in solvent-based adhesives, which are widely used in shoe manufacturing, are subject to regulation as air pollutants .

Loper uses no adhesive to join the upper and sole, helping to keep the atmosphere clean.

The outsole does not contain chlorine and does not produce dioxins when incinerated.

Stimulate creativity

With Loper, anyone can have fun making shoes.

If the soles wear out, you can replace them yourself, and you can even customize them to your liking.

When you live using things you've made yourself, or wear things that you know who made them, you can develop a strong attachment to them.
