Making shoes is fun

Loper is a system that allows shoes to be made without using wooden lasts or adhesives.
Although it varies from person to person, it takes about 3-5 hours to complete one pair of shoes.

Everyone's feet are different.

In mass-produced shoe manufacturing, shoes are made based on an average foot last, so it is actually difficult to find shoes that fit your feet perfectly.
LOPER allows you to easily adjust the pattern to fit your foot when making the shoe upper, making it possible to create shoes that are more tailored to each individual's foot.

If you know how it works, you can repair it.

If you make your own shoes, you can repair them yourself when the soles wear out or if you want to customize the design.

LOPER spreads DIY awareness

My goal is to one day make a kids' size "LOPER" so that all children can have the experience of making their own shoes.

There are many deep-rooted problems hidden in the world of shoemaking.

Making something so difficult yourself makes it fun.

When you live using things you have made yourself, or wear things that you know who made them, you will develop a strong attachment to them.

Such a life would be richer and more enjoyable than one that is constantly accumulating and wearing itself out.

I want to make my own shoes! I want to make them and give them as gifts! I want to start a shoe brand! If you're one of those people, I definitely recommend giving it a try.
