Sole, insole, instructions, [model] pattern, needle, thread
You will receive a set of genuine leather in your chosen color, sized to fit the model and size. Shoelaces and eyelets are also included, so you can start making them the very day they arrive.
The main body should be made of genuine leather or synthetic leather. We recommend a sturdy material with a thickness of about 1.5 mm for firmer leather and about 2.2 mm for softer leather.
Thicker synthetic leather is also preferable. Thin materials may lack durability and may not hold their shape.
In addition to the needles and thread included in the kit, please prepare the following tools.
Tools are also available for rent.A deposit of 3,300 yen is required when renting. It will be fully refunded upon return.

Sizes may vary slightly depending on the brand and model, so please compare them with the size of the shoes you usually wear when choosing.
OUR WISH
My goal is to one day make a kids' size LOPER so that every child can experience making their own shoes.
The world of shoemaking hides many deep-seated, hidden problems. By making them yourself, those "difficulties" become "fun."
Living with things you've made yourself, wearing things where you know who made them—that alone creates a bond with what you own. It must be a richer and more enjoyable life than one spent constantly acquiring and consuming things.
If you've ever wanted to make your own shoes, or make them as a gift, I truly hope you'll give this a try.
Repair
You can replace the soles of your Lopers when they wear out. Since you made the shoes yourself, you can repair them and wear them for a long time.
Sole, insole, instructions, pattern, needle, and thread. It contains the same items as a new making kit. Since the pattern is included, you can use it to make your next pair.
Size Please choose the same size as when you made it in the workshop. If you are unsure, please check the bottom of your current sole or contact us.
Thread Color Choosing the same color as your original shoes will give a natural finish. Choosing a different color will completely change the impression of the same shoes.
In addition to the needle and thread included in the kit, please have a pair of scissors or a cutter ready to cut the thread.

Sizes may vary slightly depending on the brand and model, so please compare them with the size of the shoes you normally wear when choosing.
You can work on repairs together with instructors nationwide. Sole replacement: ¥8,800 (including the cost of the sole) / Partial repair: ¥3,300
